Some years ago I had these guys come and renovate our 80's style home to bring it up to date. They were honest and very reasonably priced. Needless to say they did an amazing job! Recently our kitchen sink dropped (Not installed by them) I reached out to them looking for information on who to call to have this fixed and it was a weekend so I was desperate, Mark came by assessed the situation, secured the sink and replaced the faucet. Earlier in 2021, we engaged EA Renovations Inc. to complete the construction of our unfinished basement into a new Legal Suite to comply with City of Maple Ridge Building Bylaws.
Bids submitted by 3 Contractors were within 1% and we awarded the work to EA Renovations and delighted we did so.
All work was completed to the highest standards and passed inspections by City Inspectors. We did add some extras and the additional costs were fair and legitimate.
The work was completed on time and we are delighted with the finished project.

What an awesome experience we had with EA Renovations. We had just bought a townhouse and were ready for our first major renovation project. Even though we knew what we wanted, we were anxious as we had never taken on a full house renovation before. We spoke to a few different companies but after our first conversation with Nino we were impressed with his level of professionalism and no bs straight answers.

After we did our due diligence and phoned a few of their references we did our walkthrough with Nino & Mark in which they listened to our project wishlist and explained their process in detail while answering all of our questions thoroughly. From that moment on we put our trust in EA and knew we were in great hands.

The entire EA team was so friendly and down to earth throughout the whole process. It was evident that they had our best interests in mind as clients. They remained conscious of our budget and timeline at every phase of our project. They were readily available to answer all inquiries and questions, no matter how big or small. Their level of communication was impeccable.

When unexpected issues arose, they were quick to offer multiple solutions with no pressure towards any. Each solution we chose was budget friendly and did not derail our project from the overall timeline of completion. At one point Mark and Nino saved us from a future of plumbing nightmares in which they could have just turned a blind eye to. But instead of just continuing on strictly with what we had initially asked for, they highlighted these issues to us and offered an extremely generous and viable solution. We couldn't have been more grateful as now we live in our dream home with complete peace of mind.

As picky design and style geeks, there were a few times when we worried that what we had envisioned would not come together exactly the way we wanted. Boy were we wrong! Not only did it turn out the way we wanted but with the Nino's suggestions along the way, our place turned out even better! We truly enjoyed bouncing ideas back and forth with Nino and seeing them come to life. We sit in awe of our beautiful home everyday as EA ticked off every item on our wishlist and than some.

Nino promised us in the beginning that they would have our place done and move in ready before Christmas & they delivered. Being able to spend Christmas in our new home was a blessing for our growing family.

Even after our project was finished, their follow up and genuine care was outstanding. We know that if we have any other questions or issues they are only a call away.
